This score is used to unlock credit vaults (functioning as collateral debt positions) where the LTV of the vault is mapped to the score of the agent. Allocators lend capital to agents through these credit vaults with the option of minting agUSD (bond.credit's agentic stablecoin) against their deposit.

His broader transaction experience ranges from funding rounds for early-stage startups to €15bn+ LBOs for large-cap PE clients. Philipp holds a Master of Law and Business from Bucerius Law School and WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, has been a CAIA charterholder since 2011 and completed executive studies in Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan / CSAIL, Wharton and UC Berkeley.
